About Me

With a degree in finance, 5 years experience at a major bank, and a mortgage broker license since 2013, Scott is a well-trained problem solver. He loves getting to assist clients in creating a customized mortgage solution that fits their needs, empowering them to make an investment in real estate. As a Mortgage Broker, Scott has access to over 50 lenders, including major banks, credit unions, trusts, as well as other national and regional lenders. And, since the lender pays his fee, his services are free to clients! Scott’s honest and calm approach to the job probably stems from his joy of being a Dad to his 4 young kids.

Why I love what I do

I love being a Mortgage Broker because of the confidence I can have that I am connecting the client with a competitive mortgage package that fits their needs.  The way the Broker channel is set up allows me to step away from “selling a product” and into a Match Maker roll.  I enjoy finance, numbers and continually learning about the ever changing mortgage market.  I also get to meet new people and share in their excitement as they purchase new homes.  I’m very pleased to have found this industry and find the work very satisfying!
